Pre-ordering CURI TIME BOX.
This is a draft of the pre-order terms. It will be reviewed by a lawyer before we take live payments.
What you are ordering
One CURI TIME BOX (a 21.5″ wall-mounted touchscreen calendar in Copper Coin) with a wall bracket, power adapter and welcome card. The product is still in development and small details of the final specification may change. If anything significant changes, we’ll tell you first and you can cancel for a full refund.
Price and payment
You can pay in full when you order, or pay a deposit now. If you pay a deposit, we charge the balance to the card you used at checkout before your Time Box ships, and we email you before we do. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Delivery
We expect to ship in Q4 2027, in the order pre-orders were placed, to addresses in the UK and the US. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. If it slips, we’ll explain why and give you a new date, and you can choose to keep your order or take a full refund.
Cancelling before it ships
You can cancel at any time before your Time Box ships and we’ll refund everything you paid, including any deposit and shipping. Reply to your confirmation email or write to [hello@ email] with your order number. Refunds usually reach your account within 5–10 working days.
After it arrives
You can return your Time Box within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. [Return shipping and condition requirements to be confirmed.] It comes with a [2-year] warranty, which doesn’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Time Box Plus
If you add Time Box Plus to your pre-order, nothing is charged today. The subscription starts on the day your Time Box arrives, and we’ll email you to confirm before then. The core features are free for life and work fully without it.
