Pre-order questions
When will my Time Box arrive?
We plan to ship the founding batch in Q4 2027, in the order pre-orders were placed. You’ll get an email at each step: samples, production, dispatch.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Email us any time before it ships and we refund everything you paid, deposit included.
If I pay a deposit, when do I pay the rest?
We email you before your Time Box ships, then charge the balance to the card you used at checkout. If you’d rather not go ahead, cancel then and we refund the deposit in full.
Do I need a subscription?
No. The calendar, task cards, stars, your country’s Time Windows and every family birthday are free for life. Time Box Plus is optional and isn’t charged until your Time Box arrives.
Which countries do you ship to?
The UK and the US for the founding batch. Join the waitlist for other countries and we’ll tell you when we get there.
